Improve the way product is shipped

The main reason I think tradeblock is losing customers to rtro is because of the way product is getting shipped. To put it blunt, I oftentimes get boxes that are already opened because the strength of the tape is so bad or the tape is put on so horribly that it basically does nothing for the protection of the box. The way shoes are packaged up as well with the packaging paper isn’t very good or does anything as well. Unfortunately, it just appears as if you guys don’t care. On the other hand, rtro is using stronger tape and tons of bubble wrap around all their shoes while charging basically half the fees. If you guys are going to charge this much, the quality of shipments must at least be up to par with rtro. This is the first step in helping tradeblock get back to what it was, otherwise I firmly believe that it will keep getting worse (user engagement)
