It's seems that the tool does not select used or shoes with damaged boxes. All offer ideas presented are with new shoes. It should be able to create offers with all types of shoes in your closet
The offer ideas feature was implemented for DS shoes because the value of used/damaged shoes can vary considerably. We're looking to improve used pricing in the future!
